Genevieve Vancutsem-Zednik is the Chief People Officer at GetYourGuide, the world’s leading platform for discovering and booking travel experiences. She joined the company in 2024 after serving as the Chief People Officer for Europe & Asia at global ecommerce leader Wayfair, where she led various growth, employee relations and talent strategy initiatives, leading a global team of 3,000 people professionals across multiple geographies.

A veteran of both high-growth and mature global companies, Genevieve also served in various human capital and human resources leadership roles at Zalando and Deloitte in Germany, Belgium and the United States, where she focused on talent strategy and operational excellence.

Genevieve holds master's degrees from The University of Warwick and Ghent University. She speaks five languages fluently.
